Please choose a chair with desired height and
then put your feet into the product.
Turn on the power button on the control panel
to enter the massage state.
Take off the top cover cushion and place it on a chair
or sofa cushion. Press and hold the power button to
start kneading massage.
You can also hold your stomach or other part of the
massage. (See right picture 1)
According to the use method 2, the upper cover
cushion can be closed to charge.
