Description of stop modes
In stoppage conditions caused by faults and emergencies, in the event of imminent danger, it is
mandatory to close all the blocking devices on the supply lines upstream the appliance (Electrical-
Water-Gas).
•
Stoppage due to faulty operations
Safety thermostat:
In situations or circumstances which can be dangerous, when present, a safety thermostat is triggered,
automatically stopping heat generation. The production cycle is interrupted until the cause of the fault is
resolved.
Contact the technical service to eliminate the cause of the problem.
Restarting:
After the problem that triggered the emergency thermostat is resolved, the authorised
operator can restart the appliance by means of the specific controls.
Safety pressure switch:
In situations or circumstances which can be dangerous, a pressure switch is triggered turning the
appliance off (if the water level in the tank is low). The production cycle is interrupted until the water level
rises above the safety level.
Restarting:
After the problem that triggered the safety pressure switch is resolved, the authorised
operator can restart the appliance by means of the specific controls introducing water into the tank.

Stoppage during a work phase
In situations or circumstances that make it necessary to stop the production cycle temporarily, depending
on the appliance, act as follows:
Turn the knobs “A - B” to the piezoelectric position.
Turn knob “C” to “zero” to stop production of electrical energy.
•
Emergency stop
In situations or circumstances which can be dangerous, act as follows:
Turn the knobs A-B-C-D to “zero”.
A) The burner ignition and shut-off knob turned to “zero” stops the gas flow to the burner and pilot light.
B) The thermostat knob turned to “zero” stops the gas flow to the burner of the oven.
C) The electrical switch-on knob turned to “zero” cuts electrical power.
D) The gas ignition and shut-off valve of the burner turned to “zero” stops the gas flow to the burner.
