Vehicle ID#
To enter or change vehicle ID# into the system the LCD display must be showing date / time. Press and hold
F
key until
LCD display shows
ENTER FUNCTION.
Press number
5
and the LCD display will prompt you to enter valid vehicle ID. Maximum 3 digits. Press
Enter key

Operator Proper Weighing Procedure
Note:
Small icon next to the time shown on LCD display indicates that system is Bluetooth paired with the scanner. No input to the
digital indicator is required from the forklift operator.
Insert the forks into the pallet or
under the product to be weighed.
Lower the forks to the ground.
LCD display must show date and
time.
Use Motorola bar code scanner.
Upper LCD row will show current 12
digit product identification.
Activate
lift control valve and lift loaded forks
just above the ground.
LCD will display
PLEASE WAIT
and
after few seconds a load weight will be
shown in addition to the bar code ID#.
Note:
Information will be send to the
base station, automatically.
