Instrukcja użytkowania
∙
W przypadku wpadnięcia pod narzędzie
postronnego przedmiotu należy dokonać oględzin
pod kątem uszkodzeń oraz przeprowadzić niezbędną
naprawę.
∙
W przypadku zaistnienia nadmiernej wibracji,
wyłączyć narzędzie i niezwłocznie wyjaśnić przyczynę.
Wibracja zwykle stanowi oznakę uszkodzenia.
∙
Przed opuszczeniem miejsca pracy, dokonaniem
naprawy, oględzin lub czyszczenia narzędzia, odłączyć je
i poczekać do chwili całkowitego zatrzymania się
ruchomych części.
∙
Zabrania się zdejmowania lub zamiany
wewnętrznych części narzędzia.
Szczególne zasady bezpieczeństwa
∙
Przewód zasilający podłączać do sieci tylko jeśli
narzędzie jest wyłączone.
∙
Należy najpierw włączyć narzędzie, zanim
podnieść go do części obrabianej.
∙
Silne wahania temperatury mogą spowodować
powstanie skroplin na częściach przewodzących
prąd. Przed korzystaniem: dać maszynie czas na
dostosowanie się do temperatury w miejscu pracy.
∙
Nie stosować maszyn, narzędzi i zalecanych
akcesoriów do wykonania prac, do których nie są
przeznaczone!
∙
Zamocować część obrabianą. Stosować
urządzenia zaciskowe lub imadło w celu bezpiecznego
mocowania części obrabianej.
∙
Nie stosować sprzętu w miejscach, gdzie istnieje
niebezpieczeństwo wybuchu.
∙
Podczas pracy nie pozwalać silnikowi zatrzymywać
się pod obciążeniem.
∙
Nie pozostawiać w maszynie kluczy i innych
narzędzi regulacyjnych.
∙
W celu zapewnienia długotrwałego użytkowania
narzędzia i osiągnięcia optymalnych wyników należy
stosować tylko zaostrzone ostrza.
∙
Nie wolno heblować danym narzędziem
przedmiotów metalowych, gwoździ i śrub. Stosować
takie ostrza, które zostały sprawdzone w sposób
odpowiedni i zaakceptowane do stosowania na
wskazanej dla tego strugu prędkości.
∙
W trakcie pracy strug powinien leżeć na powierzchni
we wszystkich punktach.
∙
Podczas pracy trzymać narzędzie obiema rękoma.
∙
Równomierny ruch struga na części obrabianej
zwiększy okres użytkowania ostrz struga i obniży
niebezpieczeństwa związane z jego eksploatacją.
∙
Nigdy nie wsadzać palców do otworów wylotowych
strużyn. Jeśli otwór wyrzutu odpadów jest zatkany,
należy odłączyć narzędzie z sieci i wyciągnąć strużyny
z otworu przy pomocy patyka drewnianego.
∙
Po zakończeniu pracy nie odkładać struga, dopóki
wrzeciono ostrza nie przestanie się obracać.
∙
Przed pierwszym zastosowaniem narzędzia należy
sprawdzić prawidłowość ustawienia ostrza i wrzeciona
ostrza.
OTWARCIE OPAKOWANIA
Przy otwarciu opakowania sprawdzić, czy zawiera
ono wszystkie części. Patrz: schematy załączone
do niniejszej instrukcji. W przypadku braku lub
niesprawności którejkolwiek z części, należy zwrócić
się do centrum obsługi IVT.
USUWANIE KURZU
Usuwanie kurzu zapobiega gromadzeniu
kurzu, powstaniu wysokiego poziomu
stężenia pyłu w powietrzu, i ułatwia
utylizację.
W przypadku długotrwałej pracy z drewnem lub
komercyjnej eksploatacji narzędzia z materiałami
tworzącymi szkodliwy dla zdrowa pył, należy podłączyć
narzędzie do odpowiedniego urządzenia zewnętrznego
do odsysania kurzu.
POCZĄTEK UŻYTKOWANIA
Wartość napięcia prądu powinna odpowiadać wartości
wskazanej w tabeli danych z paszportu narzędzia.
WŁĄCZENIE / WYŁĄCZENIE [F1]
Włączenie
W celu włączenia maszyny przesunąć i trzymać
przycisk blokowania (2) i nacisnąć przełącznik On/Off
(Włączone/Wyłączone) (1).
Wyłączenie
W celu wyłączenia maszyny puścić przełącznik On/Off
(Włączone/Wyłączone) (1).
ZALECENIA EKSPLOATACYJNE
Ustawienie głębokości cięcia [F2]
Przekręcić rękojeść dodatkową do nastawienia
głębokości cięcia (6) w prawo do końca.
∙
Ustawić strug na równą powierzchnię i przekręcić
rękojeść dodatkową do nastawienia głębokości cięcia
(6) w lewo, dopóki dolna podstawa struga nie osiągnie
powierzchni i znaczek „O” na rękojeści nie zrówna
się ze znakiem na obudowie. Aby ustawić pożądaną
głębokość cięcia należy przekręcić rękojeść w prawo do
zezwolonego maksimum wynoszącego 1 mm. Kierować
się znakami na rękojeści do nastawiania.
