Board to Board Connector1
The Kintex Ult FPGA SOM supports two 240 pin high speed ruggedized terminal strip connectors, one 240pin High-Speed
High-Density connector and one 80pin High-Speed High-Density connector for interfaces expansion. All the effort is made in Kintex
Ult FPGA SOM design to provide the maximum interfaces of Kintex Ult FPGA to the carrier board by adding these
two Board to Board Connectors.
The Kintex Ult FPGA SOM Board to Board Connector1 pinout is provided in the below table and the interfaces which are
available at Board-to-Board Connector1 are explained in the following sections. The Board-to-Board Connector1 (J7) is physically
located on bottom side of the SOM as shown below.
