Technical refinements
of the Portuguese Chrono-Automatic
Your IWC watch shows you the time in hours, minutes and
seconds. You can use the integrated chronograph to
measure any period in seconds and minutes. Stop times
can be added together. The mechanical movement with
automatic winding has 31 jewels and a power reserve
of approximately 44 hours when fully wound. The case
and the closure of your watch are made of stainless steel
or 18-carat gold. Your watch is protected by a convex
sapphire glass (hardness grade 9) and is water-resistant
to a depth of 30 metres (3 bar). To ensure that this
exceptional watch can continue to perform its tasks in
future, you must follow a few important operating
instructions.
