re-arm the release mechanism.
Part 5 – PINGER mode

Choose the
PINGER ON
code as the CMD code.

Proceed through step
1

Pinger ON
as command type and PFR receive frequency)
and go to step
2

The device transmits two CAF pulses and turns into the free running acoustic transmitter
mode at PFR frequency. TT801 displays the pinger rate.
3.
To switch the Pinger mode off, repeat the step 5, replacing PINGER ON settings by
PINGER OFF and use Other CMD as type of command.
4.
Acoustic device should stop the free running transmitting mode

Part 6 – DIAGNOSTIC mode

DIAGNOSTIC
code as the CMD code.

Telemetry
as command type and PFR receive frequency)
and go to step

.
The RT8x1 returns to the TT801 two CAF pulses that transmit information about voltage
of the main battery pack and verticality indication posted up on the TT801 display.
3.
End of procedure
Vertical position means that the main axis of the acoustic transponder housing is vertical,
with the upper end plate looking upwards. Check once again all the acoustic transponder
functions.
