VI.5.3.1 Transponder Transmission
The following commands are transmitted through a serial link or an acoustic channel:
•
Transponder / Responder blanking time and turn-around time (no inhibition through
the acoustic command nor in responder mode).
•
IRF transmission frequency
•
CRF pulse programming
•
CAF pulse programming

The list of frequencies contained in the
IRF
window consists of 32 tonal frequencies
issued from the
.prb
file.
For the
CRF pulse
and
CAF pulse
areas, the following texts:

as well as the related windows are dynamically updated
depending on the selected pulse type. These windows contain:
•
In the case of M-FSK: 24 reply codes comprised between 0 and 23
•
In the case of tonal pulses: 32 tonal frequencies issued from the
.prb
file
The frequencies selected in the
IRF
and
CRF
pulse
areas (in the case where this pulse is
of the tonal type) must be different. The inter-comparison tests between these frequencies
are performed when the
OK
,
Send
,
Prev Transp.
and
Next Transp.
buttons are pressed.
In responder mode, the
Send
button of the
Transponder / Responder
area is inhibited.
