above). 
6. Add the material you want to weigh into the bowl. 
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 to weigh your materials. Press ON/OFF/TARE once to see the total 
weight of the materials on the screen. Press once again to zero and weigh other material. 
 

Note: 
The maximum weight that can be weighed is 5kg/11lb. This is the weight of all ingredients 
along with the weight of the bowl. 

Care and Cleaning 

• Do not immerse the scale in water. Wipe over the scale with a damp cloth, then dry thoroughly. 
• Do not use abrasive or chemical agents to clean.
