- Tender cuts of meat are more suitable for grilling and are therefore best used on the Health
Grill. It is best to avoid cooking tough cuts of meat.
- Best results are obtained by cooking foods of a uniform thickness. Thinner items of food are
preferable to thick items as thick items may take a long time to cook through to the centre,
which may result in the outside overcooking.
- During cooking the food should be turned frequently to ensure even cooking. Take care as
some spitting may occur during cooking.
- Food placed directly above the element may brown and cook more quickly than food
elsewhere on the grill. Therefore, moving the position of the food on the grill will help to
ensure even cooking.
- Always turn and remove food from the appliance using utensils that will not scratch the non-
stick surface. Items made of wood and heat resistant plastic are ideal. Never cut food with a
knife on the surface.
Note: When lining the drip tray it is important not to ovehang the sides with foils, as this will
stop air circulation.
Allow deep frozen food to thaw before grilling.
Never use the same cutlery for raw and grilled food.
For best results the food should be max 2,5 cm thick.
For best results, we recommend that you marinate the food before grilling.
Chicken and turkey shall be completely done but not dry. Well-done fillet can be somewhat red
inside, then the meat is still juicy and tender. Pork should always be well done. Check the
meat by cutting in it.
Time and choice of heat setting depends on the size of the food, quality and taste. The
temperature of the environment also affects the grilling time.
Place the appliance on a flat, dry, stable and heat-resistant surface.
Place the oil tray. Never use the bbq without the oil tray.
Make sure the temperature control knob is at the “OFF” position and insert it into the
temperature control receptacle. Plug into a 220V~240V AC outlet.
Turn the temperature control dial to the desired temperature. The temperature indicator light
will turn on, indicating that the bbq is being preheated. When the indicator light is off, the
appliance has reached the preheated temperature and is ready for use. The temperature
indicator light of the Pan will go on again when the temperature falls below the desired level.
Turn the knob to the desired setting. Preheat the grill for 10 minutes. Place the food directly on
the grid. You will get the best result if the food is not thicker than 2.5 cm. During grilling, turn
the food from time to time.
