9.2.
Space the Primary Motor
The optimum distance from the M
otor’s
axis to the platter is 7.5 cm from the
outer edge of the Platter to the center
of the motor spindle.
Use the included Alignment Jig to set the
proper distance.
When you install your tonearm, you
may have to move the Motor forward or
backward on the Chassis’ Plinth. That
will not affect the speed of the table as
long as the the distance from the platter
remains at 7.5 cm.

Add Secondary Motor (

In this step, you will install the Secondary Motor.
10.1.
Place the Secondary Motor onto Motor Stand
Place the Secondary Motor so that its
pads fit into the Motor Stand’s
indentations. As shown in the image to
the right, the top of the Motor Stand has
four indentations for the four isolation
feet at the bottom of the Motor.
