GETTING TO KNOW YOUR LANEBLADE®
LANEBLADE® UNSTOWED
INDICATOR
Attached to the dash of your vehicle, the
UNSTOWED notification light alerts the
driver when the LaneBlade® is
unstowed.
Do not operate the LaneBlade® if
the UNSTOWED indicator is not
working.
CAMERA SYSTEM
Your LaneBlade® is equipped with a camera
system consisting of one camera and a in-cab video
touch screen monitor.
The camera is strategically located to assist in the
safe removal of debris.
The camera system is wired to the vehicle’s
ignition. When the ignition is on, the system is
running. The system turns off when the vehicle’s
ignition turns off.
Ensure the camera is showing the
correct fields of view as described
on page 16 before attempting to push debris.
OPTIONAL DVR SYSTEM
Your LaneBlade® may be equipped with an
optional DVR system that works in conjunction
with the camera system. If equipped, the DVR
system will record in the background while the
vehicle’s ignition is on.
To view the live stream, log in with the user name
and password provided by J-Tech.
The DVR system stores video footage. To view the
recorded video from the SD card, simply remove
the SD card from the video monitor and insert it
into a computer or laptop. Use the professional
video playback app of your choosing to view the
video.
To keep the recorded video from being erased by
the system, copy files from the SD card to a
computer or laptop for safe keeping.
If the optional DVR system is equipped, the
LaneBlade® utilizes video and audio recording
equipment. It is unlawful to knowingly disable or
tamper with this equipment.
