NOSE WHEEL STEERING SYSTEM

STEERING CENTRING ASSEMBLY
The Nosewheel Centring Assembly consists of springs which are stretched when the nose
leg is moved to the left or the right. Repair is limited to replacement of parts.
6.7.2
NOSE WHEEL STEERING ASSEMBLY
Refer to Figure 17.
The Nosewheel Steering Assembly comprises of two Steering push rods attaching the
Rudder Pedals and the Steering Link.
Repair is limited to the replacement of parts.
6.8
BRAKE SYSTEM
The hydraulic brake system consists of one master cylinder located on the front of the
main longitudinal beam, flexible hoses connecting the master cylinder to each wheel brake
cylinder and the single disc and a floating-cylinder type brake assembly located at each
main landing gear wheel.
