OWNER CHANGE OF ADDRESS NOTICE
Each owner/operator of a LSA is responsible for providing the manufacturer with current contact
information where the manufacturer may send the owner/operator supplemental notification
bulletins. The following proforma may be used & sent to Jabiru Aircraft at
the contact details given in Section 0.2.
