1. To do this, please call someone with the headset.
2. You must now simultaneously press the PLUS and MINUS buttons on
the headset which immediately produces a signal tone.
3. You can now increase the microphone volume with the PLUS or
decrease it with MINUS .
4. To confirm, after approx. 5 seconds a low signal tone sounds in the
headset. The settings are then automatically saved.
Phone setup:
You must enable Headset option on the telephone. Services /Telephone
Options / On Hook Default Audio Path / Headset Enabled. When phone is
idle, customer must press "Services" button
twice quickly. Then there
will be one of two options: If they see "password", enter default:
"26567*738" then follow the below info. If they see "Preferences", then
they choose "3" for headset/active headset device and select "USB". Be
sure "HID commands" is enabled. Press "apply" to save the settings. Also
be sure phones (idle & active) ring settings are set to "default".
