Description of display symbols
- The number of new unanswered calls ().
- Message waiting.
- Date and time.
- Total numbers in the caller ID memory.
- The number of the displayed call (3).
- Repeated call (called more than once).
- Private call (withheld number).
- International call.
- The number of the incoming call.
- The number cannot be displayed.
- Error in Caller ID signal.

To make a call from the caller ID memory
You are able to make a direct call when scrolling between the
numbers in the caller ID memory. Pick up the handset or press
followed by
and the displayed number is automatically dialled.
To delete caller’s number from the memory
Delete one number
Press shortly two times on
to delete one number when scrolling
between the numbers in the caller ID memory.
Delete all numbers
Press and hold
for 6 seconds till “00” is displayed. All numbers in
the caller ID memory are now deleted.
Private call
Some subscribers choose to suppress / withhold their caller line
identification either by having a secret number or by entering a
prefix number when making outgoing calls. In these situations the
telephone displays . For further information on display symbols
please see the description below.
Redial
If the number called is busy, or if you want to repeat the telephone
call, press
and the last number is dialled automatically. The
number will be stored until the next time a telephone call is made.
Notice: Numbers longer than 3 digits cannot be stored.
Mute function
When the MUTE button in the handset is pressed and held down
the microphone is disconnected. When the button is released, the
microphone is active again.
Ringing tone
The ringing tone can be adjusted to “HI” or “LOW”. Slide the switch
at the rear side of the base into the desired position
(see description on page 5).
Handset receiver volume
The handset receiver volume can be adjusted to “HI” or “LOW”. Slide
the switch at the rear side of the base into the desired position (see
description on page 5).
On hook speaker volume
The on hook speaker volume can be adjusted to “HI” or “LOW”.
Slide the switch at the rear side of the base into the desired position
(see description on page 5).
Tone/Pulse
The dialling mode can be selected to tone dialling or pulse dialling.
Slide the switch on the rear side of the base into the desired position
(see description on page 5).
R-key
The R-key is used for connecting a telephone call using a switchboard
(PABX) and for some special services offered by the telephone
company.
Cleaning
Clean the telephone by using a soft cloth. Do not use aggressive
chemicals, cleaning solvents or strong detergents.
