AIR CLEANER
Cleaning the air filter
NOTE:After 6 cleanings replace the filter element.
(a)
Raise engine cover.
(b)
Remove end cap of air filter cartridge.
(c)
Remove loose dirt from element with
compressed air working from the clean to dirty
side, using compressed air max 6 bar, with
nozzle 5cm from element.
(d)
Reinstall filter element (press firmly against
rear shoulder)
(e)
Replace end cap and fasten with clips
Change air filter
(a)
Raise engine cover.
(b)
Remove end cap of air filter cartridge.
(c)
Remove accumulated dust or dirt.
(d)
Remove filter element (A) (pull straight out
firmly)
(e)
install new filter element (press firmly against
rear shoulder)
(f)
Replace end cap and fasten with clips
NOTE: Extensive damage to engine can result from
an inadequate air supply.
8.10 BATTERY
(a)
Keep fluid levels above battery plates.
(b)
Keep battery post corrosion free
Batteries produce explosive gases and contain
corrosive acid and supply levels of electrical
current high enough to cause burns.
Battery posts, terminals and related accessories
contain lead and lead compounds.
WASH HANDS AFTER HANDLING

Wear eye protection when servicing battery.
Dispose of used batteries in accordance with
local regulations
