A FINE STAGIONE o all’occorrenza

1.

Scaricare il serbatoio dell’olio togliendo il tappo di
scarico H posto sul fondo del serbatoio dell’olio
idraulico.

2.

Assicurarsi che il tappo sia pulito e rimontarlo sul
serbatoio.

3.

Svitare entrambi gli elementi del filtro G e metterli
da parte.

4.

Pulire la tenuta in gomma attraverso cui passano
gli elementi del filtro.

5.

Applicare un sottile strato di olio alle tenute dei
nuovi filtri ed installare.

6.

Rimuovere il tappo K ed aggiungere l’olio
consigliato (Fig. 5) fino a che la spia sull’indicatore
del livello dell’olio J sia centrato nell’area di colore
verde dell’indicatore stesso. Evitare il
funzionamento nella zona di colore rosso dato che
una quantità insufficiente di olio potrebbe
danneggiare i componenti idraulici. Troppo olio
potrebbe portare al tracimamento dell’olio dal
serbatoio durante il riscaldamento.

7.

Rimontare il tappo K.

8.

Avviare il trattore e farlo funzionare ad 1/4 di farfalla
aperta per circa 5 minuti.

9.

Far raffreddare l’olio e verificarne nuovamente il
livello; regolare a seconda della necessità.

Requisiti del tipo di olio idraulico:
Shell Tellus 46

Cambio del filtro dell’olio idraulico (Fig. 6,
pagina 12)
1.

Pulire il filtro e l’alloggiamento per togliere
l’eventuale sporco presente.

2.

Collocare un vassoio di sgocciolamento adatto
sotto al filtro.

3.

Svitare il filtro ed eliminarlo secondo le norme di
sicurezza.

4.

Sostituirlo con il nuovo filtro.

5.

Rivestire il bordo esterno superiore del filtro con
una sottile pellicola di olio, riempire il filtro di
liquido idraulico pulito e rimontare il filtro stesso.

6.

Prima di riempire il serbatoio idraulico, occorre
sostituire il filtro.

Cambiare il refrigerante
1.

Spurgare completamente l’acqua di
raffreddamento dal tappo di spurgo (B) del
radiatore, e lavare abbondantemente il sistema
di raffreddamento con l’apposito detersivo di
lavaggio. Tappo di scarico A.

2.

Verificare che il radiatore, la guarnizione della
testa del cilindro, i rubinetto di spurgo ecc. non
abbiano fuoriuscite o collegamenti allentati.

3.

Miscelare il refrigerante antigelo e l’acqua nelle
percentuali specificate, prima di versarli nel
motore.

N.B. All’occorrenza, rabboccare il sistema di

raffreddamento con una soluzione 50-50.
