When the clippers are not in use, it is recommended to clip the cutter cover
(Fig. 1-K) onto the blades.
Use with or without power lead
With a new, fully charged battery, the clippers can be used without the power
lead for about 100 minutes. The LCD shows the remaining autonomy (Fig. 1-R).
Before the end of the autonomy period, the charge light flashes (Fig. 1-S).
Recharge the clippers, refer to § 3.1.
The clippers can be used with power lead. For this, connect the cable to the
clippers (Fig. 3a) and connect the power pack (Fig. 1-H) to a mains power
socket.

Adjusting the cutting height
Press the centre button (Fig. 4a) and push the sliding knob. Select a cutting
height: 0.4 – 0.6 - 0.8 mm.
Release the centre button.

Using the comb attachments
The clippers must be switched off. Select a comb attachment: 3, 6, 9 or 12 mm
(Fig. 1 refs. M-P).
Place the comb attachment on the blades (Fig. 4b) and clip in at rear. When
the comb attachment is correctly fixed, it is immobilized.
To remove the comb attachment, unclip by the rear tab (Fig. 4b).

Using the Turbo function
Activating the Turbo function: press the button (Fig. 1-C). The indicator comes
on. The cutting speed and power are increased by about 20%.
Disabling the Turbo function: press the button again (Fig. 1-C).
3.6
Lubricating the cutters
After 30 minutes of use, it is recommended to lubricate the cutters.
Stop the clippers and place the sliding knob in 0.8 mm position (Fig. 4a).
Removing blades: hold the blades with your thumb and press on the spot shown
by the arrow (Fig. 5a).
Apply 1 drop of lubricating oil to the 5 points shown (Fig. 5b).
Use only the oil supplied.
