2. Always make sure that the sprayer
wand trigger is closed. (released)

3. Rotate the sprayer pump pressure
control valve to the "START:0"
position. See figure 9.
Starting the Engine
CAUTION!
Never start the engine without
liquid in the chemical tank!
Running the engine without liquid
in the chemical tank can cause
severe sprayer pump damage.
4. Set the toggle switch to the "ON"
position. See figure 10.
5. Set the throttle lever to the idle
position. See figure 10.

6. Press the primer bulb on the
carburetor until fuel fills the bulb
and constant pressure is felt as the
bulb is pressed. See figure 11.
IMPORTANT!
The primer system only pushes fuel
through the carburetor. Repeatedly
pressing the primer bulb will not flood
the engine with fuel.
