Reasons for alarm
- possible solution
“
FLC”
The flow switch detects water flow when there is
none (the heater is not turned on).
This may happen if the flow switch, which is connected in series
to the heater, is blocked by deposits or impurities that keep it
from operating properly. The flow switch may also be faulty.
- Contact an authorized Jacuzzi
®
service centre.
“
FLO”
The flow switch does not detect the water flow (the
heater cannot be turned on).
The cartridge filter and/or filter pump may be clogged or shut down,
or the flow switch may have been installed in the wrong direction
with respect to the normal flow of water. If so, the internal contact
will not close. This will keep the heater from turning on.
The alarm may also appear if the flow switch is faulty.
- Contact an authorized Jacuzzi
®
service centre.
“
HOH
”
The measured temperature at the heater is 48 °C
(118 °F) or higher.
DO NOT ENTER THE WATER
This alarm, which is displayed alternating with the time and
temperature, will disappear as soon as the value drops below
44 °C (111 °F).
- If the alarm condition persists, try turning the switch up the line
from the spa off and back on. If the signal stays on, contact an
authorized Jacuzzi
®
service centre.

Excessive water temperature.
DO NOT ENTER THE WATER
The water temperature has reached or exceeded 44 °C (111 °F).
It is not possible to activate any function.
- If present, remove cover from spa.
- If the excessive temperature increase is due to sunlight, add cold
water to the spa.
When the temperature has dropped to below 43 °C (109 °F), the
spa should re-activate automatically. If it does not, disconnect the
power supply and contact an authorized Jacuzzi
®
service centre.
“
rPF
”
Defective temperature probe
DO NOT ENTER THE WATER
It is not possible to activate any function.
- Check that the temperature probe is working, or replace it.
“
HPF”

It is not possible to activate the electric heater.
The electric heater has been deactivated due to overheating. This
may be due to irregular water flow.
