SHOWER TRAY
The shower tray is made of
“Techstone”
, a special synthetic resin,
which can be cleaned simply by drying the surface after use. If there
are stains, any normal detergent or soapy water can be used.
Instead, if stains should persist, or if there should be burns or light
scratches, abrasive detergents can be used, by rubbing these parts on
the surface (with circular movements) with the rough side of a 2-sided
sponge (one smooth and one rough), then rinsing it carefully.
Do not use sodium hypochlorite based products (bleach,
hydrochloric acid solutions, etc.) and/or hydroxide based
products (caustic soda, etc.)
GLASS PANELS
The glass panels are protected by
“Crystal Clear”
, a special treat-
ment that reduces the formation of scale and marks caused by damp
and shower products, leaving the glass panel easier to clean.
“Crystal Clear” treatment reduces maintenance time and costs,
keeping the shower glass panels clean and bright over time (this,
however, depends on the degree of water hardness and how often
the shower enclosure is used).
Maintenance is very simple: after using the shower enclosure,
rinse the glass panels with water, and if necessary dry them with a
cloth. Do not use abrasive pads and/or creamy or powdered deter-
gents.
Occasionally, when just rinsing does not leave it as clean and
bright as you would like, the glass panels can be cleaned with spe-
cial scale-remover detergents.
After a period of time, if you should notice that water does not run
off the glass panel so well, you can apply special products that can
aid this.

CLEANING THE THERMOSTATIC VALVE
The thermostatic valve is provided with mesh filters to trap any im-
purities in the water. Over time, these filters could become
clogged and, therefore, inhibit the functions of the mixer tap. To
clean the valve, remove it in this way:
I
Turn off the water supply (hot and cold) to the shower enclosure.
I
Empty the water from the mixer unit, by turning the diverter di-
al (S) to the symbol “4 bottom jets” and turning on the stop tap
(R) completely. Then turn off the stop tap again, turning the dial
to the previous position.
I
(
i
1-2
) Remove the cap (T) from the mixer dial, using a screw-
driver as a lever if necessary.
I
(
i
3-4
) Remove the screw (V) and ease out the dial (M).
I
(
i
5-6
) Unscrew the cover (C) and then remove the mixer dial (G).
I
(
i
7
) Ease out the thermostatic valve (P).
Clean the mesh filters with a little brush and rinse. If scale is pres-
ent, wash with specific products.
Replace the various components following the same procedure in reverse
order. Make sure that you put back the stop tap dial (R) correctly.
I
(

) Fasten the thermostatic valve so that the screw peg (Q)
is facing downwards, and that it fits into the groove of the brass
component.
