ALARM
When button (
2
) is pressed, the alarm signal is activated im-
mediately (bells, buzzers, lights etc.): this lasts about 15 seconds,
and then it automatically stops, however, it can be interrupted at
any moment by pressing the button again.
If, at the moment the alarm starts and the “steam bath” func-
tion is operating, it is immediately interrupted.
By pressing button (
2
) during the “steam bath”, this function is
interrupted even if the shower enclosure has not been connect-
ed to an alarm circuit.

PROBLEM
/
solution
WATER IS NOT SUPPLIED FROM VARIOUS FUNCTIONS
(SHOWERHEAD, VERTICAL HYDROMASSAGE, ETC.).
•
Turn on the mixer tap.
THE DISPLAY IS OFF.
•
Turn on the master switch (See installation manual).
THE SHOWERHEAD PROVIDES INADEQUATE PRESSURE.
•
Clean the filter situated between the flexible hose and the riser rail.
INSUFFICIENT WATER IS SUPPLIED FOR ALL FUNCTIONS.
•
Check that the installer has complied with the pressure/capacity
specifications on the technical pre-installation data sheet.
•
Check that the thermostatic valve filter is not blocked with dirt
and/or lime scale.
THE HYDROMASSAGE FUNCTION HAS INADEQUATE
PRESSURE.
•
Clean the nozzles. If this does not work, contact the Jacuzzi
®
Serv-
ice Centre to check the pressure and the water system capacity).
DIFFICULT TO ADJUST THE WATER TEMPERATURE
(MIXING).
•
Check that the pressure values of the system (operating) for
hot and cold water are well-balanced. If the values are differ-
ent, it is advisable to contact your entrusted plumber.
ONCE THE STEAM BATH FUNCTION HAS BEEN SET, ITS
LED CONTINUES TO FLASH AND THE FUNCTION DOES
NOT WORK.
•
Check that the water supply has not been interrupted to the
domestic system; if the problem persists, switch off the sys-
tem and contact the Jacuzzi
®
Service Centre.
THE DISPLAY IS ON BUT IT DOES NOT RECEIVE THE
PROGRAMMES.
•
Switch off the system and contact the Jacuzzi
®
Service Centre.
THE STEAM BATH IS INTERRUPTED OR DOES NOT START.
•
Electric current absent.
•
No water in the boiler.
If there is no water during the steam bath, or if the water goes be-
low the safety level, the function is interrupted and the LED on the
display begins to flash quickly, indicating the alarm condition.
If the safety level is not restored after about 2 minutes, the func-
tion is switched off and the emptying and washing of the boil-
er starts.
To use the steam bath again, see the related chapter.
•
During the period preceding the boiler filling, it may happen
that the water does not reach the operating level. In this case,
the function waits for about 3 minutes, and then, if the water
level is still insufficient, the function is interrupted and the emp-
tying and washing of the boiler starts.
To use the steam bath again, see the related chapter.
•
Safety thermostat in operation
An excess of scale deposits, or a blockage in the steam outlet
pipe, can trigger the safety thermostat into operation. In this
case, the steam bath cycle continues until the end of the 40
minutes, but steam will not come out of the nozzle.
Contact an authorized Service Centre.
THE SCALE-REMOVAL CYCLE IS INTERRUPTED, OR WILL
NOT START
•
No electric current. If this is absent during operation, the “mem-
ory” of the time passed is lost. When the electric current is re-
stored, the scale-removal liquid that has entered the boiler au-
tomatically drains out (guaranteeing hygiene), but it will be
necessary to repeat the cycle if at least 8 hours have not passed
since the start of the same cycle.
Maintenance
TAPS, ALUMINIUM PARTS AND SEAT
Just dry the various components after use. If it should be neces-
sary to clean them, simply remove any impurities with a soapy wet
cloth or neutral detergent, rinse with clean water and dry.
Do not use abrasive cloths, powder detergents, acetone
or other solvents.
NOZZLES
(vertical hydromassage)
SHOWER BLOWERS
SHOWERHEAD
These components are equipiped with a scale-removal filter, which
can be cleaned with a sponge. For normal cleaning operations,
see instructions for taps.
