Make sure the three phase wires are connected prop-
erly. Check that the pumps turn in the direction indi-
cated by the arrow on the flange of the pump.

During the installation phase, it is necessary to connect the
watertight box (
4/4a, detail L;
4b/4c, detail F
) located
under the tub (already connected in the factory with the spot-
light(s) and the two terminals located in the electrical box on the
spa-pak.
X
(
2, detail 5;
4/4a/4b/4c
) For connection of the spot-
light box with the electrical box, there are two M16 cable clamps
(one on the spotlight box and one on the electrical box).
X
(
3/3a
) The connection of the electrical box to the spa-
pak
(terminal block M6 on the electrical card)
must be made
with a normalized cable
2x1 mm²
, which the installer must ade-
quately protect in the section that goes from the hot-tub to the
spa-pak.
Once the connections have been made, the installer must check
that the cable clamps are watertight, and then hermetically close
the watertight box located under the tub and the cover of the elec-
trical box.

ONNECTING
OF
COMPENSATION
TANK
WITH
SPA
-
PAK
The balance tank has 3 level switches (Profile Pro and Virtus Pro
with integrated compensation tanks have 2) and a 3/4” solenoid
valve (for topping up), which are already wired inside a watertight
box (
4/4a/4b/4c, detail F
).
The devices are connected as follows:
EVC
filling solenoid valve
L sic
safety level switch
L min
minimum level float switch
L max
maximum level float switch
NOTE:
on the Profile Pro and Virtus Pro with integrated compen-
sation tanks models, the Lsic and Lmin level switches are the same.
X
(
2, detail 7;
4/4a/4b/4c
) For connection of the devic-
es with the electrical box on the spa-pak, there are two sheath
passage fittings measuring
1/2”x Ø16 mm
(one on the box fixed
on the compensation tank and one on the electrical box).
X
(
3/3a
) The spa-pack must be connected to to the electri-
cal box
(terminal board M4 for level switches; terminal board
M5 for the solenoid valve)
using 8 standardised wires (Profile
Pro and Virtus Pro with integrated compensation tanks require
6) with a cross-section of at least
2x1 mm²
, which the installer
must protect with a sheath with an appropriate cross-section for
the existing sheath-holder connectors.
Once the connections have been made, using care to comply with
the numbering of the two respective terminal blocks, the installer
must check that the sheath passage and the sheath are watertight,
and then hermetically close the watertight box of the compensa-
tion tank and the cover of the electrical box.

ONNECTING
THE
BUTTONS
WITH
THE
SPA
-
PAK
To activate some of the functions from the tub (hydromassage,
fan, blower, water heater), the pneumatic push buttons must be
installed, obviously as close as possible to the hot-tub so that they
can be accessed by the person using the hot-tub. It must however be
possible to inspect the push buttons in the location where they are
installed. For the Profile Pro and Virtus Pro models, the buttons are
already fitted on the tub.
X
First the buttons must be connected to the relevant junction
box (
4/4a/4b/4c, detail G
). For the Alimia, Sienna, Virginia
and Enjoy models, use the narrow plastic tubes supplied; for the
Profile Pro and Virtus Pro models, connect the button cables to
the terminal board in the box.
NOTE:
the box can be installed under the hot-tub, or outside it, but
not more than 2.5 metres from the push buttons (Alimia, Sienna,
Virginia and Enjoy).
NOTES
- to activate the filtering pump, the hydromassage and the spot-
lights using the push buttons, they must first be activated using
the control panel on the electrical box. Refer to the corresponding
chapters for this operation.
Also refer to the specific chapter on setting the temperature.
X
(
2, det.6; 04/4a/4b/4c
) For connection of the push but-
ton box with the electrical box on the spa-pak, there are two
M16 cable clamps
(one on the push-button box and the other on
the electrical box).
X
(
3/3a
) The connection of the electrical box to the spa-
pak
(terminal block M8 on the electrical card)
must be made
with a normalized cable
6x1 mm²
(Profile Pro:
7x1 mm²
; Virtus
Pro:
5x1 mm²
), which the installer must adequately protect in
the section that goes from the push button box to the spa-pak.
Make sure to match the connections on the terminal block with
those on the terminal block on the electronic card , especially the
connection of the common wire C.
In addition, the installer must check that the cable clamps are wa-
tertight, and then hermetically close the watertight box connected
to the push buttons and the cover of the electrical box.

OSSIBLE
CONNECTION
OF
THE
SPA
-
PAK
WITH
THE
PRIMARY
CIR
-
CUIT
OF
THE
HEAT
EXCHANGER
The hot-tubs of the Professional range, instead of a water heater,
may be equipped with a plate heat exchanger. In this case, the wa-
ter of the hot-tub that circulates in the secondary circuit of the heat
exchanger must be heated with hot water that is circulated in the
primary circuit of the heat exchanger (for example by means of a
circulation pump).
Hot water circulation in the “primary” circuit must be driven
by the electrical box fitted on the spa-pack (by connecting the re-
circulation pump, via a remote-control switch, to the relevant ter-
minals on the electronic board in the electrical box; see the wiring
diagrams at the end of the manual).
If the building has a water heating system, with a circulation
pump that is always in operation, it is possible to create a shunt
and install, on the primary circuit of the heating element, a sole-
noid valve at 24 v, which can be connected directly to the aforemen-
