switch or due to a power outage), the aforementioned program-
ming is cancelled. Therefore, at the next start-up, the hydromas-
sage pumps and the blower will remain off.
- when the hydromassage pumps and/or the blower are switched
on, the ozonator (if present) is switched off, and remains off for 15
minutes after the last shutdown (see chapter on ozonator).
- vice versa, when the hydromassage pumps and/or the blower are
turned on, if the filtering pump is off it is automatically started and
kept running for 15 minutes after the last shutdown (see chapter on
water filtering).
If the pumps or blower are on, it means there are people in the
tub, and therefore the water needs to be filtered to keep it clean.
Q
A
CTIVATION
OF
BLOWER
(
AIR
COMPRESSOR
)
The blower function is included standard on some models and it is
optional on others. If the system is equipped with a blower, it is nor-
mally activated by means of a specific push button that is installed
near the hot-tub, the same as the hydromassage.
X
The blower can also be activated by means of the control
panel of the electronic box, using the same procedure and
method described in the previous chapter on the activation of
the hydromassage pumps.
X
The blower can be activated either simultaneously with or
separately from the hydromassage pumps.
When the system is turned on, the blower is always off, the
same as the hydromassage pumps.
X
Also, when the blower is turned on, the filtering pump also
comes on if it is not already (see the previous chapter on activa-
tion of the hydromassage pumps).
NOTES
- If the level of water in the compensation tanks is not correct, the
blower is prevented from starting to protect it (also see the chapter
on checking operation and first start-up).
- Activating the blower and the hydromassage pumps at the same
time will turn heater off, if it is on.
- When the blower is started, the filtering pump is also turned on, if
it was not already. It will remain on for 10 minutes after the function
is turned off.

PECIAL
AUTOMATIC
CYCLE
“
HYDROMASSAGE
AND
/
OR
BLOWER
"
It is possible to activate the hydromassage and/or blower at regu-
lar cyclical intervals, with operating and pause times that can be
modified in the system via the parameters
“P4—“
and “
P5—”
(see
information on setting general system parameters).

X
The desired operating and pause values (parameters P4 and
P5) must be loaded into the system using the control panel and
with the system in standby status ("start" key off ). Press and hold
the
"light bulb" button (6)
for 1-2 seconds to start the proce-
dure for setting general system parameters, scroll the various
parameters with the
“set” key (9
) and set the desired values for
P4 and P5 using the keys
(+)
and
(-)
.
X
Place the system in "active" status by press the
"start" key
(3)
(the key will light up). Check that the "hand" key is on and
then press the
"set" key (9)
.
The display will show the message
“P1.0”
(which corresponds
to hydromassage pump 1).
This can be changed to
“P1.1”
with the keys
(+)
and
(-)
. Press the
"set" key
again to shown in sequence the other two parameters,
“P2.0”
and
“BL.0”
(hydromassage pump 2 and blower). These
can also be changed to
“P2.1”
and
“BL.1”
.
X
The devices will automatically switch on if the status has
been changed
from 0 to
1. They will keep running for a length
of time, in minutes, memorized in parameter P4. Then, they are
shut off for the time memorized in P5.
They then come back on for the duration P4 and so on contin-
uously.
This special cycle may be useful to make the functions avail-
able to the user at regular intervals without modifying the dura-
tion.
NOTES:
- the value assigned to the parameter P5 (off interval) must be
something other than 0 in order to have cyclical operation. With
P5=0 only one cycle is performed, i.e. the devices stay on for the
time memorized in P4 and then they shut off permanently (the sta-
tus changes from 1 to 0).
- to deactivate this special cycle, turn off the system using the "start"
key or the main switch. The cycle will be interrupted even if the but-
tons are activated. The values for P4 and P5 will not be lost. There-
fore, by changing the statuses of the devices (pumps and/or blow-
ers)
from 0 to 1
, the cycle starts in the same mode as before.

NDERWATER
SPOTLIGHT
(
S
)
Usually, the spotlight is also turned on and off using the push but-
ton installed near the hot-tub, but it can be activated/deactivated
using the control panel of the spa-pak.
X
With the system in "active" status ("start" light on) and the
control panel enabled ("hand" key on), press the
"light bulb"
key
(6) to turn on the spotlight. Press the same key to turn it off.
X
If the "hand" key is off
(which signifies that the push buttons
are active)
, you will need to press and hold it for about three sec-
onds in order to activate the control panel.
In models with two spotlights, the on/off command affects
both spotlights.

It is possible to connect the system to a coin-operated timer, so that
the functions can be used by paying users.
