8-2.コンタクト前後位置調整

8-2.Adjustment of front/back location

of Ccntact

ベースプレート裏側の送り台固定ネジを緩めて
下さい。
前後調整ネジ固定ネジを緩めて下さい。

Loosen the feed plate fixing screw on the back
side of the base plate.
Loosen the front / back adjustment screw fixing
screws.

コンタクト送り爪ネジを緩めて下さい。

Loosen the feed finger screw.

前後調整ネジを時計方向に回すとコンタクト送り
台が奥側に動きます。逆に反時計方向に回すと
手前に動きます。(コンタクト送り台は裏からバネ
で手前に押されています。)

If you turn the front / back adjustment screw
clockwise, the contact feed plate moves to the
back side. Conversely, turning it
counterclockwise will move it toward you.
(Contact feed plate is pressed from the back by
a spring.)

調整後、送り爪がパイロット穴に確実に入ってい
る事を確認し、送り爪ネジを締めて下さい。

After adjusting, check that the feed finger is
securely in the pilot hole, and tighten the feed
finger screw.
