In order to correct the moon phases, press
the moon phase corrector positioned in
the horn gap at 12 o’clock(B) using the
corrector tool provided.
Each press moves the disc one day forward.
In order to correct the moon phases accu-
rately, calculate the number of days that
have elapsed since the last full moon using
the calendar at the end of this user manual
and, using the corrector provided, centre
the moon in the aperture, then move the
disc forwards according to the number of
days that have elapsed since the last full
moon.
Note: Date correction should not be per-
formed between 10 p.m. and 3 a.m. This
is because the automatic date-change
mechanism is already in action between
these times.
