Action Control
Action control settings allow the use of unicast or broadcast Action Commands as defined in the GigE
Vision 2.0 specification. ACTION_CMD messages received via the GVCP port can control the
camera’s internal action signals provided the camera’s action control settings match the settings of the
message received. This function is useful for triggering an action in multiple cameras at roughly the
same time. There are two action control inputs on this camera and they are connected to four triggers,
counter reset, counter, and timer.
When action control is used, the trigger input source should be set to Action 1 or Action 2 in advance.
