Event Control Function
The Event Control function is a function that outputs a signal change point inside the camera
as information indicative of an event occurrence (event message).

to send an event message when an event occurs at each event.

Cautions
This function can only be used with CXP 2.0 or later. The CoaXPress frame grabber
board used must support CXP 2.0 and the Event Control function.
You can check the current CXP version in CxpVersionUsed of
Transport Layer Control. If CxpVersionUsed is CXP1.1, you cannot use this function.
