Intended purpose
This cocoon swing is only intended for indoor and outdoor domestic use!
Assembly
WARNING!
The tarpaulin seat must be mounted and maintained by an adult! The screw hooks should only be faste-
ned into sufficiently solid materials, such as wood or concrete. The bolt must sit tight without budging
in its hold. Do not attach the snap link directly to the bolt - risk of abrasion! The metal dust could get
into your eyes. Use only approved rawlplugs or fixings throughout. If in doubt, consult a professional. In
order to avoid unnecessary friction of the hooks and rings, they must be permanently greased. Check
all parts regularly for wear and tear. Replace single parts without fail even when they show only slight
signs of wear. Exposure to bad weather accelerates the wear and tear. Ensure that the screw hooks are
at right angles to the direction of swing, i.e. standing in front of the swing, you should be able to see
through the „eye“ of the hook. This avoids premature wear of the hook. The swing has a maximum
load-bearing capacity of 80 kg. Do in no case exceed the indicated carrying capacity. Liability is exclu-
ded in the case of accidents caused by improper assembly or handling.
We reserve the right to make visual and technical changes as part of our product improvement
process. Outer material 100 % polyester. Only surface washing. Only for domestic use!
Risk for children
Children under the age of 3 cannot properly assess the risk from moving objects, such as this swing.
Therefore, only children over the age of 3 years should use it.
Risk from overloading
The swing is approved for a maximum load of 80 kg.
Hazardous area
A minimum radius of 2 m must be left free, measured from the widest swing of the ropes. Make sure
that no other people, walls, fences, branches, protruding twigs, washing lines or other hazardous objects
are in this area when the swing is in use.
Risk from hard ground
The ground on which the swing is fixed must be shock absorbent, i.e. covered with sand, grass, carpet
or foam mats.
Risk from the use of incorrect fasteners
Only use 540° twisted hooks to avoid unintentional loosening and material breakages. All screw hooks
must be screwed in above the thread out into the beams (see fig.).
