ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ASSEMBLY AND USE OF
CHAIR. KEEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE USE.
1. Remove chair from carrying bag.
2. Unfold chair and firmly press down locking latching
mechanisms until fully locked.
3. Secure child in lap belt and shoulder harness. Adjust both
so that the belts are firmly secured around the child’s waist
and shoulders.
CLOSING THE CHAIR
1. Before attempting the close the chair, remove child.
2. Lift locking/latching mechanisms and fold chair.
3. Store in carrying bag.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Periodically check the chair for signs of damage, wear or
missing components. Do not use if any part is missing, worn
or damaged. Always dry metal parts to avoid the formation of
rust. Do not use knives or sharp objects on the tray.
FABRIC CARE
Always check the strength of the fabric and the strength of
the stitching each time the fabric is washed.
To clean wipe surface with a damp cloth or sponge. A mild
liquid soap may be used. Do not use bleach or any solvents.
Allow to dry completerly before storing in bag. Outside stor-
age is not recommended. Store in dry location.
WARNING:
Prevent serious injury or death from falls or sliding
out. Failure to follow these warnings could result in
serious injury or death.
•Be sure locking mechanism is securely locked
down before seating child.
•Always secure child in restraints.
•Never leave child unattended. Always keep child
in view when in high chair.
•Do not use on uneven surfaces.
•Discontinue use if locking mechanisms are broken.
•Do not use without all locking/latching mecha-
nisms securely locked.
•Keep seat and table surface clean and dry to pre-
vent seat from slipping.
•Use only for a child capable of sitting upright un-
assisted.
•Do not allow other children or animals to play
near or walk under chair while in use.
•Use only for children up to 35 pounds.
•Before removing child from chair, be sure child’s
legs are free from restraints.
•Always ensure all hazards such as electric appli-
ances, sharp objects, and hot liquids are kept out
of reach of child in the chair.
•Do not hang objects from the chair.
•Do not use the chair for more than one child at a
time.
•The tray is not designed to hold the child in the
chair. Always use the restraining system.
Opening high chair. Be sure

Tighten each shoulder strap
so child is secure.
Buckle child safely onto chair.
Tighten waist and shoulder
straps to secure before use.
Lift child into or out of seat
safely.
TIP: Stand behind child
when taking in and out of chair.
TIP: If tray slants toward child, locate the grommets at the back of the tray arms and slide up to level out tray.
