OVEN SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

•lf the burner fleme is extinguished (turned off), the oven knob must be placed in the closed position and the oven
door opened. Also, for your greater safety, it is necessa

to wait for al leas! 01 (one) minute lo start the product
again;
•lf the oven burner does na! light up for up ta 15 seconds, set the oven knab to the closed position, open the oven
door, and re-ignite the burner after 1 (one) minute;
• To switch on the oven, be sure to leave the oven door fully open befo re switching on !he electric (ignition) knob.
•Follow the guidelines to avoid possible damage lo the automatic ignition syslem.
Using the oven

•The hect distribution is uniform, but you should follow sorne basic instructions to gel the most out of the oven.
Preheat the oven to the maximum temperature before placing the food, 1 O minutes for 04 burner stoves and 15
minutes for 05 burner stoves;
•Pasta: after preheating, pul the dough in the oven and proceed to the desired temperature;
•Mea!: after preheating, place the meat in the oven and proceed lo the desired temperature. When it is roasted, go
to the maximum temperoture, until it reaches !he desired colorolion;
•Avo id conslantly opening the oven door;
•T rack the roas! through the oven display, with the interna! light on (on models with this feature), so that you can save
time, gas and ensure a good cooking. Ad jusi the baking sheet in the center of the oven. Do not touch the bottom or
si des of the oven;Do not place aluminum foil on the grill or any object that preve nis the hect circulation through the
oven.

BURNERS IGNITION
Burner lgnition (table)
•Press and turn the knob of the selected burner to the left to the maximum fleme position, press the ignition switch
(Fig.O);
· Ad jusi the power of the fleme as required.
Gradual fleme control
•Gradual fleme control allows stable powers from high lo low, providing economy and a suitable temperature for
each lype of food.
Stoves with automatic ignition:
•The electric ignition grid is bivolt 127V / 220V;
•Connect your stove to the electrical network and gas, check if all the burners are correctly installed before the
electric (ignition) switch is lurned on.
