D. Corner Installation
If installing a free-standing stove inside
an alcove, please refer to Figure 2. A
minimum of 5" (127mm) must be
maintained from the side panel of the
stove to any combustible wall extending
past the front face of the stove. A
minimum of 3" (76mm) must be
maintained from the side panel of the
stove to any combustible wall which is
to the side of the stove and does not
extend past the front face of the stove.
A minimum of 1" (25mm) must be
maintained from the rear most part of
the stove to any combustible material
or wall.
If installing a free-standing stove in a
corner, please refer to Figure 3. A
minimum of 1" (25mm) clearance must
be maintained from the rear corners of
the stove to any adjacent walls.
