Discoverable:
Select yes if you want other Bluetooth devices to be able to discover your Bluetooth
device when searching (discovery does not automatically permit connections. Connections cannot
occur when your handheld is off). If not, select no.

Allow wakeup:
The wake-up option allows you set a schedule for when the Bluetooth radio will turn
on and off. You can save battery power by having your Bluetooth radio turn off when you are not
actively using it, such as your normal bedtime.
To set the wakeup option:
1.
Go to the
Bluetooth preferences
panel.
2.
Choose
no
,
yes
or
scheduled
from the
allow wakeup pick list
. If you
select scheduled, the wakeup schedule text box will show 8:00 am to
6:00 pm as the default start and end time.
3.
Click on the
time box
to change to a different start and end time. The wakeup schedule will appear.
Select the on at: and off at: times; then select the days you want your Bluetooth radio to operate. The
text box will show your selections in an easy-to-read summary.
4.
Click
OK
to accept your changes.
Tapping on this button takes you to a screen that displays trusted devices
that have been discovered.
Trusted devices
To add a device to the trusted devices list:
You add a device to the trusted devices list by pairing with it using a
passkey:
1.
Tap the
add device
button in the trusted devices screen.

The Bluetooth discovery screen will display the devices that were discovered.
2.
Select the
device
you want to pair with.
3.
Tap
OK
on this entry and, your XP30 will show a connection in progress.
