INSPECTION & MAINTENANCE

The following page contains records for annual Inspection/maintenance. Inspection/Maintenance should
be carried out annually on both the mechanical structure and the electrical wiring etc by appropriately
qualified persons. Fill out the serial numbers for the inspection/maintenance logs, then copy the pages
for future use.

All the records should be kept for future reference.
