The first time you call it up, enter an administrator
password (Figure). This password must meet the follo-
wing requirements:
· At least 8 characters.
· Numbers, letters and special characters.
· No more than 2 consecutive, identical characters.
· No trivial passwords (password that corresponds to
the keyboard layout, for example).
The following figure shows the password entry.
Each project requires its own password!
The RSA keys for authentication and encryption are
written to a USB flash drive. The GridVis
®
Collector
adopts the RSA keys directly from the USB flash drive.
The
"Collector list"
shows all GridVis Collectors. Access
can be disabled by the administrator via the "Disallow/
allow connection" field (right-click on the "Access"
field).
