Drawing Up the Bobbin Thread

Raise the presser foot lifter.
Turn the power switch on.
Hold the needle thread with your finger

Press the needle up/down button twice to pick up
the bobbin thread.
Draw up the needle thread to bring up a loop of the
bobbin thread.

Needle up/down button

Slide 4" (10 cm) of both threads to the back under
the presser foot.
