Fold under 1.5 cm (1/2") on each fabric edge and
press. Pin the two edges to a piece of paper 0.3 cm
(1/8") apart.
Sew guiding the fabric so the needle catches the
folded edge on each side.
Peel off the paper from fabrics.
You can make beautiful designs with this embroidery
stitch pattern, in half the time it would take if
embroidered by hand.
• Starting to sew
Choose a plain close weave fabric such as linen or
wool flannel for the background fabric. If you choose
light weight fabric, use a tear away backing for
support.
Adjust the stitch width as you desire to match the
pattern.
Sew outward from the center of the design.
Use the placement arrow “
∆
” on the foot F to insure
straight, even rows.
