MC200E Mechanical Troubleshooting

1. Needle is bent or worn 
2. Machine is not threaded correctly. 
3. Fabric is loose in the embroidery hoop. 
4. Needle is not inserted correctly. 
5. Inappropriate needle bar height. 
6. Inappropriate needle and hook clearance. 
7. Inappropriate hook timing. 
8. Stabilizer is not used. 

1. Replace the needle. 
2. Rethread the needle and bobbin threads. 
3. Set the fabric tight in the fabric. 
4. Insert the needle correctly. 
5. Adjust the needle bar height. 
6. Adjust the clearance between needle and hook. 
7. Adjust the hook timing. 
8. Attach a stabilizer to the fabric.
