Procedure in the event of failure
lt is important to ensure, when withdrawing the screwdriver blade after securing a fitting, that
the next fitting is fed automatically into the tool. In order to avoid distortion of the casing, the
first fastening must be removed with pliers.
lf the thread of the fastening has been stripped, or if the screw flange is not seated flush with
the steel tube, carry out the procedure in Bullet 1.2.
Should the point of the screwdriver blade break regularly, it is wise to check whether the depth
stop is set to far to the rear (see Bullet 1.2a).
