8.  After the finished floor is installed, position the installation 

template on the finished floor.  Place the template to line up 

with the existing floor drain location and orient the template 

to the desired position.  

NOTe:

 Sump area location cutout; 

remote blower tubing floor location cutout; and water inlet  

stubout location must line up with the template.  Transfer the 

centerlines of the template to the finished floor. 

(CauTION:

 

use a marker that can be removed from the finished floor 

after installation).  Tape the template to the finished floor 

using care to align both centerlines and assure that the 

template is laying flat on the floor.  

9.  Drill the 1/4” pilot holes for the two indicated centerline 

mounting holes if installing on a wooden floor.  5/16” holes 

are required for a cement slab floor.

10.Dry  fit  the  drain  and  overflow  to  the  bath.    Use  the 

instructions  included  with  the  drain  and  overflow  to 

determine the proper fit to the bath.  

NOTe:

 It is recommended 

that the Geberit drain and overflow model #150.176 be used.  If 

any other drain is used, it may not conform to these instructions.

  

(Drain Not Included.) This drain can be purchased from 

Figure 3

any authorized Jason International, Inc. dealer.  Position 

the bath in place and attach the drain and overflow to 

the floor drain “P” trap.  

(CauTION:

 Only dry fit the drain 

and overflow tee to the “P” trap at this time).  Disconnect 

the drain and overflow from the bath and leave the drain 

assembly free standing in the “P” trap.  

11.Align the drain with the centerline on the template.

Figure 4.)

  

12.Permanently attach the drain tee to the “P” trap.  

13.Remove the template from the floor.

14.Place the bath skirt into position and attach to the floor by 

aligning the two (2) center-line holes in the bottom of the 

skirt with the pre-drilled holes in the floor.  Attach to the 

floor with a 5/16” x 2-1/2” lag screw and a 5/16” x 1-1/2” 

fender washer when installing into a wood floor or 5/16” 

concrete anchors and a 5/16” x 1-1/2” fender washer when 

installing into a concrete slab floor. 

(Fasteners not included.) 

CAUTION: Do not over tighten
