QUICK START GUIDE
1.
After receiving the CDT, please do not rush to power it up. First, check the physical
appearance of any damage may be caused by shipping.
2.
Slide the top loading lid open and remove the protection foams completely.
3.
Insert a disc, put on disc clamp, close the slider lid. The microswitch detects the
slider lid closes.
4.
Plug in the power cord and turn on the rear power switch.
5.
After about 3 seconds of spinning the disc, the CDT automatically enters the
power-on state, and the OLED display flashes “Reading” indicating that the disk
information is being read.
6.
After the disc information is correctly retrieved, the disc information’s will be
displayed. For example, "16 64:18". At this point, the CDT is in normal operation.
7.
Connects digital output to the external DAC for playback.
8.
Before using the RCU, please install 2 AAA batteries in it.
TIPS
1.
The CDT will work at its best quality after an hour of warming up.
2.
Power On / Off
Turn on/off the power switch at the rear panel to turn on/off the unit.
It is safe to leave the power switch on 24/7
3.
When not in use for a long period of time, it is recommended to switch off the
main power switch to save the earth.
4.
The CDT needs about 400 hours to burn in.
