No Audio( With Audio cable)
1. Do the physical inspection check the product condition - is this damaged from
audio input jack /plug& both earbuds. If aesthetic condition ok proceed for next
step.
2. Clean and re-plug audio jack into Handset and check audio reception from
earbuds, also check with another handset to confirm either issue in handset or
earphone.
3. If still audio not coming means audio jack faulty into product.

No Audio( Wireless)
1. Make sure your product connected with handset on BT mode.
2. Also check setting “calls & Audio “the enable settings of paired device. Also
check silent settings of device.

Low Sound
1. Check handset volume on high up to 100%.
2 Check the physical inspect on both earbuds, ensure aesthetic condition ok and
no dust particle there.
3. If earbud found damage then it is cause of low or improper sound from that
earbud side.

Noise Cracking
1. Check the battery of headphone is fully charged or > 30%.
2. Due to low battery noise will crack
3. apply factory resetting of product (see the setting in user manual guide
available with product)

Mic issue
1. Check the Physical aesthetic condition is ok, no damage in any part of
earphone.
2. Clean the mic area, no dust particle should be there.

Key Issue
1. Clean the key button by push and press -4/5 times - may be there some dust
particle there.
