ERROR CODE
FAULT DESCRIPTION
SOLUTION
E1
Abnormal communication: abnormal
communication between controller and
speedometer after power-on.
Check the connection between electronic meter and lower
control communication line to ensure that each core is fully
inserted.
Check whether the connection between the electronic meter
and the controller is broken, and replace the connection.
E2
Indicates that the controller has not detected
the voltage of the motor.
Check whether the motor wire is connected properly and
reconnect the motor wire. If the controller smells bad and
replace the motor.
E5
In operation, the DC motor current is detec-
ted by the lower control.
Adjust the treadmill to restart operation. Check whether the
motor is running over-current or burning odor, change the
motor.
Check whether the controller is burning odor, change the
controller; or check whether the power supply voltage spe-
cifications are not consistent or low, use the correct voltage
specifications to re-test.
E6
Drive caused by abnormal power supply
voltage or motor
Check whether the power supply voltage is below 50% of the
normal voltage, please use the correct voltage specifications
to retest.
Check whether the controller smells, replace the controller
Check whether the motor wire is well connected and recon-
nect the motor wire.
E7
Speedometer does not detect signal from
safety lock
The magnetron is damaged, check whether the magnetron is
installed correctly and the magnet is placed properly.
ADJUSTMENT OF MULTI-WEDGE BELT TIGHTNESS
You should make appropriate adjustments to facilitate
safe use.
Adjustment method: when your foot is on the treadmi-
ll in your normal running and you feel that there is an
occasional pause in running, you should make further
confirmation. Remove the four screws on the protective
cover and let the treadmill run at a speed of 1 km/h.
Then stand on the running belt, grip the handrails with
both hands, and press the running belt with a little effort
on both feet. (We recommend using the pressure gene-
rated by user’s own weight to press on the running belt.
a. If the instantaneous treading pressure cannot stop
the running belt from turning, it shows that the mul-
ti-wedge belt and the running belt are suitable for
tightness.
b. If you observe that the instantaneous tread pres-
sure stops the running belt from turning, while the
multi-wedge belt and the front drum are still turning,
it means that the running belt is somewhat relaxed
and must be adjusted properly for safe use.
c. If you observe that the instantaneous treading
pressure makes the running belt and the multi-we-
dge belt stop turning, it shows that the multi-wedge
belt is somewhat relaxed and must be adjusted
properly for safe use.
Step 1: Adjust the adjusting screw on the motor base
with the wrench according to the situation. At the same
time, flip the multi-wedge belt between the motor shaft
and the front drum by hand. Adjust the multi-wedge
band tightness to the state that it can turn over 80%.
Step 2: Finally lock the motor base and install the front
shield.
METHOD OF ADDING SILICONE OIL
1.
Take the treadmill up first.
2. Open the silicone oil bottle and squeeze it over the
treadmill, Following photo is for reference.
SUGGESTION FOR MAINTENANCE
1. Because of wear and tear, it is necessary to inspect
frequently; wear and tear parts (e.g. motor, electric
control, power cord, running belt), after maintenan-
ce or professional maintenance, their use safety
level is the same as when they leave the factory.)
2. Replace the defective parts immediately or repair
the equipment idle: (e.g. power cord)
3. Pay special attention to the components that are
most easily worn out. (e.g. running belt)
