Function
High Speed Travel
When the High speed travel switch is selected the solenoid valve is energised.
The motor rotating angle is set at the minimum and the speed is increased.
Low Speed Travel This is normal travel speed.
Linear Travel
When performing travel operation and attachment operation or travel operation
and swing operation, linear travel is maintained.
No Swing Operation
Before swing operation, the swing mechanical brake is maintained at 50%. When
the swing is in operation the swing mechanical brake is released and normal swing
movement is allowed.
Swing Brake Actuation
The swing mechanical brake is maintained at 50% for 5 seconds after the swing
Hand control is returned to neutral.
Swing Priority
When performing swing and arm closing operations, necessary swing-press
operation is achieved by a built-in restrictor in the control valve.
Swing Lock
If the swing lock is ON and the swing brake switch is illuminated the swing lock is
maintained at 100%.
If the hand control is operated a swing operation will not be executed.
When the engine is stopped, the swing mechanical brake is maintained at 100%.
This condition is maintained even if the key switch is turned OFF and back ON.
Swing Over -run
The bypass valve in the motor is in the closed position and the pressure is

discharged ensuring a smooth swing operation.
Swing Reduction Gear
The drain oil from the motor is re-directed to lubricate the swing speed reduction
Oil Recycling
gear eliminating the need for a separate oil change.
Boom Up
When the two boom spools are switched, the flow joins and the speed increases.
Boom Down
The boom is lowered when the built-in load holding valve in the control valve is
actuated by switching the boom spool and pilot pressure.
Arm Opening
When the two arm spools are switched, the flow joins and the speed increases.
Arm Closing
When the two arm spools are switched, the flow joins and the speed increases.
The arm is closed when the built-in load holding valve in the control valve is
actuated by pilot pressure.
Bucket Opening
Bucket opening occurs when the bucket spool is switched.
Bucket Closing
Bucket closing occurs when the bucket spool is switched.
Blade Up
The blade rises when the blade spool in the control valve switches.
Blade Down
The blade lowers when the blade spool in the control valve switches.
Quick Heat
The warm oil from the hydraulic oil tank is circulated to the pilot line to promote air
bleeding from the pilot line.
