Access Apertures
General
WARNING
The hydraulic and battery components will be hot after the unit has been running. Allow the
components to cool before servicing the unit otherwise you could be burned.
When moved to their maintenance position, the access panels give access to parts or areas of the machine
that are not required during machine operation.
Before you operate the machine, make sure that all of the access panels are correctly in their closed or installed
positions.
Battery Cover
Open
1. Make the machine safe.
2. Remove the key from the machine.
3. Use the key to unlock the cover.
4. Press the lock and pull the handle to open the cover. Refer to Figure 38.

1. Close the cover.
2. Make sure the cover is closed correctly.
3. Use the key to lock the cover. Refer to Figure 38.
Hydraulic Compartment Cover
Open
1. Make the machine safe.
2. Remove the key from the machine.
3. Use the key to unlock the cover.
4. Press the lock and pull the handle to open the cover.
