Section 4
Validation Unit Harness Removal
To remove the Validation Unit Harness proceed as
follows:
1. Remove the two (2) mounting Screws (See Figure
1
& a
2
) retaining the Validation Unit
Harness in place (See Figure 4-18 b).
2. Remove the Validation Unit Harness from the
Transport Unit.
Interrupter Board Removal
To remove the Interrupter Board proceed as
follows:
1. Remove the two (2) mounting Screws (See Figure
1
& a
2
) retaining the Interrupter Board to
the Assembly (See Figure 4-19 b), and carefully
unplug the three (3) Signal Connectors

& c

) from the Board.
2. Carefully pull the Interrupter Board off of the
Motor Module Assembly.
Motor Unit Timing Belt Removal
To remove the Timing Belt, proceed as follows:
1. Remove the two (2) mounting Screws (See Figure
1
& a
2
) and remove Drive Mod FR “A”
(See Figure 4-20 b) from the Motor Module
Assembly.
NOTE: When installing new FPCs, fold-up
along the Solid Lines and fold-down along
the Dashed Lines before setting them in
place. Once an FPC is folded, DO NOT
refold it back again or in the opposite
direction once folded!
