13.35 REGISTRATION ON PB CODE
The ways for the operations on a PB (CLIENT) are following :
1) PB (XXX...X) PB (REGISTRATIONS) TOTAL
PB SCAN Customer's BAR-CODE
2) (REGISTRATIONS) SUB-TOTAL (XXX...X) PB TOTAL
Scan Customer's Bar-CODE

PB code (Max. 12 digits)
Note : "TOTAL" key is the Total key in the Total group 4 for closing of the PB operations,
press other "TOTAL" key is invalid at the end of the operation.

In case of reading with the SCANNER of a label with the customer code, the code will
be managed like follows :

The amount of sold merchandise to the customer will be added to the totalizer Bought
(PB) in any case, and it'll be added also to the totalizer PB balance only in the case
that the operation comes closed by a total set in order to go to CREDIT totalizer.

In the case that, the opeation closing with a CREDIT total on PB, it brings to exceeded
the maximum negative balance allowed, the ECR will not allow to execute the closing
and will signal on the display the overcoming with the message :
"MAC (PB)".
At this point the receipt can be closed only through a mode of payment different from
"CREDIT" and the amount will have to be paid from the customer at the moment.

It's possible to set for each customer a personalized reduction in price ; such reduction
in price will automatically be activated on selling operations concerning the customer.
In case of an operation on PB activated with the maneuver described to the point 1)
(code inserted before the registartions), the personalized reduction in price concerning
to the customer will be activated for all registrations executed on the Departments and
on the PLU enabled to the customer personalized reduction in price only.
If instead the operation on the PB is activated with the maneuver described to point
2) (code inserted after the registrations), the reduction in price will be activated on the
SUB TOTAL, comprising in this case also the eventuals PLU not enabled to the
personalized reduction in price.The personalized reduction in price will be activated
as a reduction in price executed with a % key and will be always recorded in the
totalizer of the %3.
