9.50 PC COM. TERMINAL OPEN/CLOSE PROGRAMMING
P (91)
X/Time
(N) SUB-TOTAL #
N
: = 1 terminal open, = 0 terminal close
Note : If during the ECR/PC connection happens any strange thing that create an
anomalous condition (like for example the ECR/PC connection cable broken or the
broken of the same PC), the ECR goes in error signaling on display the "PC linking
failure" (Colleg. PC sospes) ; in this case, if it isn't possible to solve immediately the
problem, it'll be possible to switch the ECR in "Stand Alone" mode by pressing three
times the "E.C." key in "Reg." mode.
The communication can be activated or or disactivated also with one procedure available
in "Reg." mode instead than in "P" mode, independently from the mode evidenced here
over:
AA BB CC
=
11 22 33
R (AA BB CC)
AA BB CC
=
33 22 11
Note :
In the procedure of open/closing of the PC communication with key in "Reg."
indicated here above, if the S.S.11A = 1, instead of the key " " the key
"Help
Info"
must to be used.
9.51 PC COM. POLLING ADDRESS PROGRAMMING
It's always necessary to identify each ECR by the assigning of an address a
number that must be comprised between "01" and "15"..
P (9 2) X/Time (N N) SUB-TOTAL #
N N :
address (from 01 to 15), always two digits
Note :
In the case than more ECRs are connected to a computer or to an external
device via RS-485, it cannot coexist two ECRs connected to the same Serial
port with the same address.
9.52 PC COM. BAUD RATE PROGRAMMING
It's possible to select various communication speeds :
P (9 3) X/Time (ABC) SUB-TOTAL #
A : Data bit.
0 = 7 bits
1 = 8 bits (default)
B : Baud rate
0 = 38400BPS
1 = 19200BPS
2 = 9600BPS (default) 3 = 4800BPS
4 = 2400BPS
5 = 1200BPS
C : Parity bit.
0 = None
1 = Odd parity
2 = Even parity(default)
Note :
In RS-485 case the 9600 and 19200 speeds can be only used
The use of the 38400 Bps speed in RS-232 case is adviced against.
