Utility Requirements and Connections
Requirements
You will need to supply the following utilities:
Electrical requirements
—
460VAC, 3-Phase, 60-Hz, 65-FLA, LM 6.2A,
100A-disc switch (Other voltage are optional. Check to ensure machine
voltage matches supply voltage.)
Compressed air requirements

60 to 80 psig, regulated, instrument quality
Water requirements

Connections
Have qualified technicians make the following connections:
Electrical Connections
Connect the power source to the main power disconnect and verify that all
motors are rotating in the proper direction (phased).
Expert Advice
—
To check motor rotation turn power on by pulling the
emergency stop
button and pressing the
power
button. Using the operator
interface put the machine in
manual mode
. Then press
motors/pumps/drains
and
enter password (Serial Number). Press
blower
manual
then
blower off
and
check the rotation direction to be sure the machine is phased properly. If it is not
phased properly have a qualified electrician change the incoming wires at the main
disconnect and try again. Running machine improperly phased (with pumps and
dryer blower rotating backwards) can cause damage. Be sure to check phase
before running in automatic mode.
